Accidental Death Benefit 
This benefit is payable in one lump sum payment if due to an injury caused by accident, the assured person suffers loss of life within 365 days from the accident date.

Accident Living Benefit 
This benefit is payable according to the Schedule of Indemnities below, if due to an injury caused by an accident, the Assured Person suffers any of the events stipulated in the Schedule of Indemnities.

Permanent Total Disability Benefit
This benefit is payable when as a result of an injury caused by an accident commencing within three hundred and sixty-five (365) days from the date of the accident, an Assured Person is totally, continuously and permanently disabled and prevented from:

a. engaging in each and every occupation or employment for compensation or profit for which he/she is reasonably qualified by reason of his/her education, training or experience; or


b. performing three (3) or activities of daily living as defined in the policy, if he or she has no occupation at the time of INJURY,

provided that the Permanent and Total Disability has continued for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months and remains total, continuous and permanent at the end of this period.


Living Cash Allowance Benefit
This benefit is not applicable for assured children
When as a result of an injury due to an accident, an Assured Person sustains Permanent Total Disability as defined under the policy within three hundred and sixty-five (365) days from the date of the accident and provided the Permanent Total Disability Benefit is paid or is payable.

This benefit is paid in annual installments commencing immediately after the payment of optional supplementary benefits under the policy, if any, is made up to a maximum of five (5) years. This benefit payment is further subject to the continuance of such disability during the payment period. If during the five (5) years period, the Permanent Total Disability ceases and the Assured Person resumes to work, the annual benefit payment shall immediately cease.


Accident Hospital Income Benefit
This benefit is payable for each day of confinement in a hospital (minimum 6 hours per admission) due to an injury caused by an accident up to amaximum of 365 days per confinement. Consecutive confinements resulting from the same injury shall be considered as one hospital confinement.

All Accidental Hospital Income claims must be evidenced and supported by hospital admission & discharge certification and/or original medical bill(s).


Medical Reimbursement Benefit-(in and out patient treatment)
In the event an Assured Person requires treatment by a physician or surgeon, confinement in a hospital or employment of a licensed or graduate nurse due to injury caused by an accident, the company will reimburse the reasonable and customary expenses incurred within fifty-two (52) weeks from the date of the accident for such treatment, hospital charges and nurses fees up to the maximum amount payable under this benefit.


Road Traffic Accident Benefit
In the event that an Assured Person shall sustain bodily Injury in a Road Traffic Accident and suffers loss of life or any of the events stipulated under the Schedule Of Indemnities of Accident Living Benefit or sustains Permanent Total Disability as defined under Permanent Total Disability Benefit within three hundred and sixty-five (365) days from the date of the accident, the Company shall pay this benefit in the same manner in accordance with the Schedule of Indemnities applicable to the Accident Living Benefit, Accidental Death Benefit or Permanent Total Disability Benefit, as the case may be, provided that the loss was sustained while the ASSURED PERSON was :-

a pedestrian, or
a driver or passenger on a private registered motor vehicle (including motorcycle), or
a passenger in a registered commercial motor vehicle (including motorcycle), or
riding as a fare-paying passenger (not as a driver or operator/conductor/crew member) on any Land Common Carrier as defined hereinabove, or
riding or as a pillion rider on a bicycle or tricycle (including commercial tricycle).

For the purpose of this benefit Road Traffic Accident shall be limited to on-the-road traffic Accident involving legally registered (with a current and valid roadworthy certificate/road tax) private motor vehicles (include motorcycles); commercial vehicles and Land Common Carrier as defined in the policy and bicycles or tricycle of any kind.
